Bringing the experts together 🤝⚙️ Last month, our Minebea AccessSolutions Europe colleagues in #Pianezza hosted a hands-on workshop focused on optimizing our production workflow. The goal was straightforward: design a new process to help us anticipate and tackle production challenges early in the project phases. To make it work, we brought together a diverse group of minds, including our production team, the Center of Competence in Pianezza, and key colleagues from our other plants. Getting everyone in the same room always sparks the best insights.
