Girls’ Day 2026 at RO-RA Aviation Systems GmbH   On April 23, 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming five motivated students from different schools as part of Girls’ Day 2026 in Upper Austria.   The girls gained valuable insights into our day-to-day work and learned more about our training and apprenticeship opportunities.   Girls’ Day is an international initiative that offers girls the opportunity to get to know technical professional fields and to develop new perspectives for their professional future.   We were proud to be part of this initiative and to inspire young talents to explore the opportunities within our training programs and career fields. #MinebeaMitsumi #MinebeaMitsumiEurope #RORA #GirlsDay
