You can’t parachute into a community and expect trust. You have to be there before anyone needs you. At Florida Care Assurance Group, we don’t partner with faith organizations and nonprofits when enrollment season starts. We partner with them year-round. Because the families we serve don’t separate their healthcare decisions from their community relationships. They act on the recommendation of a pastor, a neighbor, a community leader they already trust. That means our job starts long before anyone fills out a form. This is true in healthcare. It’s true in public relations. It’s true in business development. The organizations that show up only when they need something will always be playing catch-up to the ones who were already there. What community relationship has your organization invested in before it had to? #CommunityEngagement #HealthcareAccess #TrustBuilding #Jacksonville #Leadership
