From summer intern to Head of Production. Almost ten years ago, Juhani Almers joined #MilremRobotics for what was meant to be a two-week summer internship. Today, he leads the production team delivering our world-class unmanned ground systems. His journey is built on curiosity, taking on challenges outside his comfort zone, and embracing opportunities to grow. From technician to quality engineer, safety engineer, and now Head of Production, Juhani has grown alongside Milrem as we’ve evolved from an ambitious startup into a global leader in robotics. As this year’s interns begin their own journey with us, Juhani’s story is a reminder that internships are about much more than gaining experience, they can be the first step in an extraordinary career. One piece of advice he has for every intern: “I expect our interns to challenge our ways of working and question everything.
