We’re excited to welcome our new Head of People & Culture, Triin Sikkal, to #MilremRobotics. “I enjoy working in the fast-paced global tech sector with bright and inspiring leaders and people. I strongly believe that well-developed HR practices play a key role in a company’s success,” Triin shares. She was drawn to Milrem by the opportunity to build and shape the People & Culture function alongside top leadership: “When the role opened, several friends encouraged me to apply, and I’m glad I did. Milrem ticks many boxes for me: technology-driven, innovative, international, and ambitious.” During her first months, Triin will focus on getting to know the team, leadership, and colleagues across different countries to understand how her experience can best support both the people function and the broader organization. “I also see strong potential in leveraging technology and AI to make the people function even more effective,” she adds. “As a leader, I value trust, ownership, and open communication. I aim to support, challenge, and guide my team, helping them grow and succeed together. To me, a great workplace is built on shared business goals and purpose, strong leadership, teamwork, and meaningful relationships.
