Meet the Milremee - Silver Lätt From curiosity to real-world impact. “I didn’t start my career with a specific job title in mind. I started with curiosity.” Silver Lätt’s journey at Milrem Robotics is a reminder that meaningful careers aren’t always planned, they evolve as you tackle increasingly complex challenges. With a background in physics from the University of Tartu and early experience in space projects such as ESTCube, Silver developed a mindset grounded in first principles and systems thinking. From coordinating experiments at the International Space Station to representing Estonia at the European Space Agency, one theme remained constant: turning ambitious ideas into real-world capability. That’s exactly what drew him to Milrem Robotics. Starting as a Systems Architect, Silver worked on integrating complex systems into deployable platforms. Today, as an Enterprise Architect, his focus has shifted from systems to the organisation itself. “Scaling a company is fundamentally a systems problem.” At Milrem, engineering doesn’t happen in isolation. Systems are tested, deployed, and iterated in real-world environments, where performance, reliability, and trust truly matter. His advice to anyone considering joining? Take ownership. Stay curious. Be ready to learn across domains. Because the impact is real and so is the responsibility. Read Silvers’ story from our Careers Blog - https://lnkd.in/dgm_ANgd #MilremRobotics
