Well, I continue my path to retirement failure as I’ve stepped into a new role as Director of Quality - Field Execution for SOLV Energy. Where I was the Regional Quality Manager (RQM) for the SouthWest (AZ & NM) I am now leading the team of six RQMs across the USA. While this new role is a step further from retirement for me, it gives me opportunity in the work I care deeply about: building strong field quality teams, improving execution discipline, standardizing how we deliver quality across projects, and supporting the people who protect SOLV Energy’s clients, our craft, and our reputation every day. With this transition, I’ll also be helping grow our Quality organization in a significant way. We are actively hiring not only my replacement as Southwest Regional Quality Manager, a Midwest Regional Quality Manager, and approximately 15 Project Site Quality Managers across the United States.
