This week, I've been reflecting on #MLKDay -- his guidance, his passion, his legacy. I wasn't quick to put this out because I really felt like I needed to sit down and think. I reflected on my experience as a woman of color at work. So many moments I could've written about (and maybe in the future I will), but decided on this one.
