Five days, one city, 20 fresh trainees and many new learnings. 🦄 Last Friday we wrapped up Week 1 of our BA Fundamentals Training in Munich. From mastering PowerPoint and project management to sprinting🏃‍♀️through Agile bootcamp - and by the way, turns out, Scrum is much easier to grasp when there are tiny Lego 🦒🐧 involved, I’m now (un)officially certified in networking, collaboration and caffeine consumption. Now officially stepping into my new role as a Business Analyst in Technology & Transformation at Deloitte, ready to put all those exciting frameworks, insights, consulting lingo and sticky notes to work. 🗒️ If week one is anything to go by, it’s going to be a very rewarding ride - though if you ask me what comes next, well… it depends. 😉🚀 P.S. I feel I own a heartfelt thank you to all my academic and professional mentors who’ve guided me along the way - your support, feedback and shared knowledge made this possible. And a massive thanks to everyone who made the training week so engaging, collaborative, and fun, and to those who believed in me throughout the hiring process.
