A case-study on #diversity: how a physicist who worked in CERN and Max Planck Institute is running one of the most emotional brands in the world? Had the pleasure to hear Benedetto Vigna, the CEO of the iconic FERRARI, speaking about leading, leading change, and technology, and facts. Managing the “permafrost of middle management” and the company’s BMI (bureaucracy mass index). Above all, he spoke about people- his mentors, his colleagues, his staff, even family. And that reminded me of #aviation- how important it is to reach out and speak, see and make people from very different backgrounds to ours welcomed.
