New venture alert: Meet DecodeMerit. After running a successful pilot since last year, I’m officially going all-in on this mission to change the way we approach hiring. 🚀 Having conducted 200+ interviews in 2025 as a Hiring Manager and Country Lead, I realized a massive, systemic failure in the job market: Candidates don’t know how to apply, and companies don’t know how to hire based on actual merit. Instead of true meritocracy, we get generic AI-generated applications on one side, and biased "gut feelings" on the other. So, I ran a pilot project to see if we could "hack" the hiring process. The result? My initial clients dominated the hiring process and progressed straight toward their dream jobs. Now, I am scaling this into an applied research venture. I’m not an HR person. I am starting cross-functional applied research to decode the merit for instance by: - Approaching systems like a Hacker - Crafting applications assets like a Designer - Running campaigns like a Marketer - And way more...
