A New Chapter for Tectura and for Me After a period of deep reflection, and with genuine excitement for Tectura’s future, I have made the deeply personal decision to step down from my role as CEO. This transition is driven by a desire to dedicate my time and energy to a Christian NGO, a mission I feel strongly called to pursue. I am immensely proud of our collective achievements, and I am leaving Tectura stronger than ever and in the most capable of hands. I am delighted to announce that the Board has unanimously appointed my long-time colleague, friend, and current CFO, Vincent, as my successor. Vincent and I have been partners in leadership for many years, sharing a history that spans not just Tectura but our earlier work at HP. I have unwavering confidence in his vision and his ability to lead Tectura to even greater success.
