What a great surprise! Today I attended the plus-IT AG 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟰 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, and who was one of the keynote speakers? #KPI guru and friend Bernie Smith presenting his ROKS KPI methodology. Also speaking were other experts on familiar topics like the IBCS – International Business Communication Standards. This was followed by some great networking with colleagues old and new. Thank you to speaker and colleage Matthias Giger who presented news about the coming IBCS ISO standard and for the invitation to the event. And also a very special thanks to plusIT’s Raphael Kempf and his entire team for making us all feel so welcome. .🤠
