After an incredible chapter at Motorola Solutions, I’m excited to share an update—now nine months into my journey as COO with the Nicholas Family of Companies (FOC). You may have noticed this announcement didn’t come right away—and that was intentional. Stepping into a new organization and a new industry, I wanted to fully immerse myself first. These past months have been focused on listening, learning, understanding the business, and building strong relationships across our incredible FOC team, otherwise known as the FOCer's. Taking the time to gain perspective before sharing this next chapter has been invaluable. I’m deeply grateful for the experiences, growth, and most importantly, the exceptional people I had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from at Motorola Solutions. The foundation built there continues to shape how I lead today, and I have no doubt our paths will cross again. Now, with a deeper understanding of the business and strong alignment around where we are headed, I’m energized by what we’re building at the Nicholas Family of Companies. The commitment to strong values, innovation, growth, and community is real, and I’m excited to contribute to what comes next. Looking forward to sharing more as we continue the journey.
