Corktown to Midtown! ⚾️ The PreP’s Summer Baseball Tour, Powered by FAAST Sports, continues! Today, we visited a true Cass Corridor Classic, Harwell Field on the campus of Wayne State University! 🌇 It’s Championship Sunday for the 15U division of the 𝕯-Town Classic! Our match up, the Motor City Hit Dogs & the LCB Legends! Hit Dogs win it in 4, they mercy Lakes Community 11-1.🏆 In Left Field, the Tartar Monster, a 37.5 high wall the same size as the original Green Monster at Fenway. Attached to that, a fully functional scoreboard from Left Field at history’s Tiger Stadium. 🏟️ Same crew, same positions as Friday. Chris Rose did the ball following, David Forest tracked the right handed batters, I had the lefties. Our man Marshall on the CF cam! 🎥 #CameraCrew Brad Ross build the rollout packages and Austin Sonnenberg did the graphics, the bug & mixed the audio for Play-by-Play artist, Chad Bush! 🎙️ Pat the Stat handled the facts & Executive Producer, Director & Engineer-In-Charge, Evan Westphal cut the show! 👨‍🎨 We feasted on BYO wraps & bowls from My Big Fat Schwarma’s midtown location at Third & Forest, and washed it down with glass bottle Coke & Sprite.
