Italy. Supercars. Project Kickoff 2026. Last week, I had the privilege of traveling to Italy to attend the 2026 kickoff with Lamborghini. A big thank you to Antonio Di Criscio, Piero Carlucci and Andrea Olivari for the fantastic collaboration, and to my teammate Marcel Benedict Ulbrich – it was an amazing experience to meet in person and get in touch with newest technology. Stunning cars such as the Revuelto always reminds me that being an engineer isn’t just about drawing plans or solving equations. It’s about shaping international projects. To all students or future engineers: yes, the journey is tough. But experiences like this show it’s worth it. Creativity, technology, global collaboration – the hard work pays off, and moments like these prove it. Mitja Borkert Thank you for designing such beauties!
