I solved this by architecting a Unified Revenue Intelligence Engine that automates the entire data journey from transaction to dashboard. The Solution: Using Google Apps Script as a custom ETL engine, I developed a pipeline that: 1. Automates Extraction: Replaced manual exports with scheduled API calls to Wix and GoAffPro. 2. Joins & Enriches Data: Uses the Order Number as a primary key to link sales to affiliates while enriching the table with previously missing metadata like Brand and Category. 3. Ensures Quality: Built-in logic gates strictly deduplicate orders and automatically attribute non-partner sales to "Direct". The Impact for Lintons Beauty World: This system transforms manual operational tasks into a strategic asset. The business impact includes: A. Real-Time Tracking: We moved from a day-long lag to hourly updates, enabling immediate marketing pivots. B. SKU-Level Intelligence: The team can now identify exactly which brands and products drive the highest affiliate ROI. C. Clear Channel ROI: A custom Executive KPI Layer provides leadership with a definitive view of total revenue versus affiliate contribution. By replacing manual spreadsheets with a single source of automated truth, Lintons Beauty World now has the intelligence needed to scale their partnership program with complete clarity.
