Today is International ALS Awareness Day. ALS is a devastating neurodegenerative disease that still has no cure. To mark this day, we have prepared a short outreach video introducing one of the therapeutic strategies currently being explored for ALS: antisense therapy. We hope that advances in RNA-targeting therapeutics will contribute to the development of effective treatments for ALS and other neurodegenerative disorders.
