🎉 🎉 Multi-material two-photon-polymerisation installed! Funded by EPSRC Core Equipment Award 2024, as of 13th of March 2026, we have extended our 2PP capabilities (pivoting around Nanoscribe Photonic Professional GT+) to be able to do multi-material printing for 63x, 25x and 10x objectives. This has been enable by HETEROMERGE GmbH. Thanks to HETEROMERGE GmbH, in particular Robert Kirchner and Josua Zscheile, for being so accommodating and providing 5-star installation, service and training. The enhanced system will continue supporting research in the School of Physics and Astronomy, and School of Engineering, University of Birmingham, and will open opportunities with other Schools and external users (already in discussion!).
