In 2029 Kiruna will be the European Capital of Culture. š The application process for artistic projects or for your ideas has just opened. š” What is the difference between them? A project is already concrete and finalized with an artistic vision, budget, deadlines, length, collaboration /coproduction partners etc. An idea is a pitch of a vision you have, if you need some more time to find partners, develop the artistic concept, etcetera.
