Happy Women’s History Month #TeamMDX 💜 We’re incredibly proud to have so many trailblazing women in our community and to be a university that champions gender equality. Did you know Middlesex holds an Athena Swan Bronze Award for our commitment to tackling gender bias and building a more inclusive culture? This week, we came together to hear from just a few of the inspirational women at Middlesex: Vice-Chancellor Shân Wareing, Head of Digital Swéta Rana and Professor of Sociology and Social Justice Anastasia Christou 🟪 They shared powerful reflections on their journeys, from navigating leadership and academia to building confidence and creating space for others.
