What if the problem is not something to fix, but something to learn from? At Episcopal Academy, they did not rush to solve the “bug.” They stepped back and asked a better question: what conditions are we creating for learning, and what are those conditions producing? That shift matters. Instead of jumping to solutions, they focused on the environment first, the structures, the signals, the expectations. Because outcomes are not random. They are a reflection of the conditions in place. • From fixing symptoms to examining systems • From quick solutions to intentional design • From reacting to shaping the environment This is what it means to make the bug a feature.
