They also observed a trend towards decentralization, with investments moving to Tier-2 cities to meet the demand for low-latency services and AI-specific facilities.  This discussion also addressed policy and regulatory challenges, calling for refined regulations that accurately reflect data centers' needs and urging policymakers to offer incentives to attract investments.  Lastly, sustainability was highlighted, advocating for energy-efficient designs and renewable energy integration to support environmentally friendly data center projects, which can be facilitated through green financing options.
