Last week, MKC welcomed seven new Leadership Development Apprentices! Through the Kansas Farm Bureau Rural Kansas Apprenticeship Program (RKAP), these team members will spend the next year gaining hands-on experience across every area of our cooperative, from grain and agronomy to energy, sales, and operations. They’ll build practical skills, complete safety training, and grow into future leaders who will help support our farmer-owners and rural communities.
