It’s all about the people! I couldn’t be more excited to see Semperis named to the Inc. Best Workplaces list for the fifth consecutive year! We spend a big part of our lives at work and that makes it incredibly important to be surrounded by people we enjoy being with, people who challenge us, support us, and help us grow. Sure, we have differences in opinions and backgrounds, but these are not something to avoid. They are a strength, as long as they are grounded in mutual respect. It’s inspiring me to see a team that works hard, pushes forward, and brings our values to life. Our commitment to being a force for good shows up in many ways, and one of the most important is how we treat one another. I am especially proud to see friendship and mutual respect show up in our day-to-day work. It creates an environment that is not only high performing, but genuinely fun to be part of. Being a force for good takes many shapes. It means showing up for coworkers, serving our customers, supporting our communities, and maybe most importantly, taking care of oneself.
