Six months into this journey at Schwan-STABILO. When I walked in, I found something rare: a company with deep roots, strong brands, and people who genuinely care. That combination is powerful, but it also comes with responsibility. These first months have not been about celebrating. They have been about understanding, challenging, and starting to reset where needed. Some areas are strong and full of momentum. Others require tough decisions, more discipline, and a different mindset. That is part of the job. What I am most grateful for is the openness I have experienced across the Group. From our shareholders, who think long term and act with responsibility. From our teams, who show commitment, honesty, and resilience every day. And from our partners and clients, who continue to trust us while we evolve. We are not here to protect the status quo. We are here to build the next chapter of this Group. That means being sharper, faster, and more focused. It also means staying true to what makes us unique. There is still a lot to do. But the direction is clear.
