2026 will be a strong year! After three years of solid growth, 2025 felt a bit like a “meh” year — probably for the whole industry, right? Yes, we were ranked among Bavaria’s Top 29 strongest companies (which is huge), and yes, we finished profitable and made our stakeholder happy. Still, personally, I wasn’t fully satisfied. Now 2026 is here — and we started January strong. Big projects are kicking in. And if you zoom in on the picture, you’ll see my shirt dirty as hell. I love being on set, doing the messy work. Why do I believe 2026 can be a great year for all of us? Simple: I can. I will. End of story! No bullshit.
