It’s a wrap! 🎉 Today we concluded the final day of the Europe West New Senior Program in the beautiful city of Madrid, where we celebrated and upskilled our newly promoted Seniors in Consulting, EY-Parthenon and CBS across all EY Europe West! 💛💙 With two back to back sessions and nearly 1,400 attendees, this milestone was a true showcase of Europe West Learning at its best — shaping the future with confidence by empowering growth, fostering leadership and cross-country collaboration. I feel truly grateful for the chance to help guide this event and lead such a dedicated team. Seeing it all come together was incredibly rewarding for me.
