נשיא #קולומביה Iván Duque Márquez ביקר בישראל בראש משלחת שמנתה 6 שרים (הגנה, מסחר ותיירות, תחבורה, בריאות, חקלאות, הגנ"ס), ס' שה"ח, נשיא הבנק לפיתוח קולומביה, נשיאת סוכנות היצוא (בראש משלחת עסקית), נשיא סוכנות החדשנות (בראש משלחת חדשנות), בכירים מהקהילה היהודית, ועוד. אגף כלכלה במשרד החוץ תאם תכנים רבים לביקור יחד עם שותפים ממשרדי הממשלה הרלוונטיים ומהארגונים הכלכליים: אירוע חנוכת משרד החדשנות של קולומביה בירושלים; פורום כלכלי בילטרלי, ובו מפגשי B2B ושולחנות עגולים להצגת טכנולוגיות ישראליות לבכירים הקולומביאנים; ותוכניות מותאמות אישית ל- 5 מהשרים ולנשיא הבנק לפיתוח קולומביה. בזכות עבודת צוות מאומצת של משרדי הממשלה והארגונים הכלכליים, נראה שהביקור מסמן קפיצת מדרגה נוספת ביחסים הכלכליים בין קולומביה וישראל. The President of #Colombia, Iván Duque Márquez , visited Israel with a large delegation, consisting of 6 ministers (Defence, Commerce & Tourism, Transport, Health, Agriculture, and Environment), the Deputy Foreign Minister, the President of the Colombia development bank #Bancoldex, the President of the Colombia export agency #ProColombia (at the head of a business delegation), the President of the Colombia innovation agency #iNNpulsa (at the head of an innovation delegation), senior members of the Jewish community, and more. The Israel MFA Economic Division was charged with coordinating the economic agenda of the visit, together with our partners from other ministries and from the economic organizations in Israel. Some of the highlights: the inauguration of the iNNpulsa office in #Jerusalem; a bilateral Economic Forum with B2B meetings and roundtables, where Israeli technologies were presented to the high level visitors; and tailor-made visit programs for 5 of the ministers and the President of Bancoldex. The intensive teamwork of numerous ministries and organizations led to the great success of the visit, which will undoubtedly mark a leap forward in the economic relations between Israel and Colombia.
