The need to modernize processes and adapt to digital changes is more pressing than ever before. That's why HORSCH decided to migrate to SAP S/4HANA at an early stage. Together with All for One, HORSCH implemented the Bluefield approach: a flexible, virtually uninterrupted transition to a modern system. This step was crucial, as HORSCH's existing systems were reaching their limits. SAP S/4HANA now provides the necessary flexibility and scalability, while SAP Fiori and real-time data processing help the company to respond to market changes faster and in a more informed way. We would like to thank HORSCH for the proactive and solution-oriented collaboration that made it possible to successfully implement this ambitious project. The shared vision and the courage to embrace change not only ensured the success of this project, but also positioned HORSCH perfectly for the future.
