Cool new paper from my PhD era just published in European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry Reports on the rational design of CPP's for intracellular delivery. Take home message: clustering lipophilicity and hydrophilicity on different helical faces seems to enhance intracellular delivery and endosomal escape in our macrocyclic CPP's despite lowering arginine burden.
