Hi gentle folks on Linkedin, I'm hiring! 👋 Looking for a Director of Engineering, Security Factory to join GitLab, leading the teams that build our scanners, AI detection engines, and agentic remediation tools (the stuff that actually finds and fixes vulnerabilities before they become a problem). You'd lead ~9 teams, make real calls on precision/recall/scale tradeoffs, and ship AI features that security-conscious customers actually trust. Not a "sit in meetings" director job, a "get in the weeds with your teams" one.
