Operations and supply chain management & logistics
I am delighted to share that our article, “Exploring the Role of Job Satisfaction in Enhancing Logistics Performance in the Era of Industry 5.0”, has been officially published in the International Journal of Logistics Research and Applications (Volume 29, Issue 6). This research explores how job satisfaction can contribute to improved logistics performance within the rapidly evolving context of Industry 5.0, where human-centric approaches, digital transformation, and operational resilience are becoming increasingly important. I would like to thank my co-authors, colleagues, reviewers, and the editorial team for their valuable support throughout the publication process. It is always rewarding to contribute to discussions on the future of logistics and supply chain management, particularly in areas that connect people, technology, and organisational performance.
