Change always comes with mixed feelings. For the past years, besides my role as Head of, I’ve also directly led one of the teams in my department. Today Michael Schneemann take over as the new Team Lead I’ll miss the daily closeness and those deep technical debates. But this step gives me the space to focus more on generic topics, and it gives the team the chance to gain fresh impulses. Maybe the very things I didn’t focus on enough will now get the attention they deserve. And that’s what growth is all about. 🚀 I’m very happy to hand over this responsibility to Michael – and I wish him all the best as he starts this exciting new role.
