The Asprey Group is seeking to hire a remote based Director of Operations CPG. We are a growing CPG company with multiple brands including coffee, supplements, and wellness products currently undergoing operational transitions, including a move to a new 3PL provider and a focus on building scalable processes. The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading and optimizing our supply chain, vendor management, and operational processes across all brands. This is a foundational role, reporting to senior leadership, and will be instrumental in supporting our growth from current levels to $40–50M+ in sales and potential retail expansion.
