"I joined Michael Kors in May 2015 as a District Manager for Spain and Portugal. I completely fell in love with the brand during the interview process and knew it was the right move. “We’re always evolving and there’s never a moment to be bored. Every year is different, and we’re constantly looking for new ways of working and new strategies to adapt to changing realities. It’s something that’s very hard to find in other companies and a big part of what makes Michael Kors so special." For Mar, sustaining that growth also means making time to recharge. "Maintaining a healthy personal and professional balance is essential. After peak periods, it’s really important for me to focus on well-being by spending quality time with loved ones and allowing myself to fully disconnect. “If we’re not in a good place personally, we can’t be successful professionally. Recharging properly allows me to come back with energy, clarity, and focus."
