We’ve had a few days in the Lake District. One of my favourite places in the UK We went on the Esk Gorge trip with https://lnkd.in/eq9QzMJh and what a treat it was. If you want something that pushes beyond what most would consider adventurous and fully outside your comfort zone without being too dangerous this is a great option. Chris our guide was amazing, would highly recommend. It was 6 hours of scrambling, jumping down waterfalls and climbing back up to the south side of Scafell Pike. Video is one of the smaller jumps, larger ones were around 10m high. I love that really tired feeling you get after a day of hard but exciting activity like this. Genuinely gets you out of your head and fully present. My son said it was the most exciting day he’d ever had.
