How can a live Open Space event with more than 150 people be virtualized and made engaging? With Covid-19 making it impossible to meet in person - let alone in larger groups - we were faced with this question about two months ago. But as it is with everything - if you're able and willing to focus on the opportunities life throws at you, you're highly rewareded.
