Spoiler: for most buildings, it’s a losing game. 👉 Cooling, power distribution, floor loading and modern ops don’t just fit into old layouts. But yes – there are rare exceptions. Think heritage warehouse turned next-gen facility or a former church housing a computing super-hub.
