Today, an incredible journey comes to an end for me. After seven truly remarkable years, I have stepped down from my role as a Board Member of Galderma. It has been both a pleasure and an honor to support the company’s outstanding development and to witness its evolution into such a strong and innovative global leader. Galderma is a truly special organization, defined by exceptional people and a relentless drive for innovation. Being part of this journey has been one of the most rewarding professional experiences of my career. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire management team — first and foremost to Flemming Ornskov, MD, MPH and Thomas Dittrich — as well as to my fellow board members under the leadership of Thomas Ebeling. Thank you for the trust, the collaboration, and the many shared milestones over the years 🙏. I wish Galderma continued success and all the very best for the future 🍀!
