We recently heard about a man being announced as the keynote at a women’s conference. It was a reminder that even spaces created for women often reserve the biggest microphone for someone else. Women’s conferences are still giving their main stage spots to men, and that’s exactly why we believe that who gets the microphone matters. Not because one voice is more important than another...but because visibility shapes possibility. Recently, someone in our community shared this: "I realized I wasn't 'just' a founder behind the scenes anymore. I'm a founder. An author. And now, intentionally, a speaker too." That shift happens when we see people like us on stages. The more women we see delivering keynotes, the more women raise their hands and say: "Maybe I could do that too." That's how an industry changes. 🎤✨
