We are proud to share that MIC has once again been awarded the equalitA seal! 🤩 The equalitA seal recognizes organizations that actively promote equal opportunities and support women's career development. At MIC, we see this recognition as a reflection of practices that have been part of our culture for many years. Since 2013, we have continuously developed measures that support employees in balancing their professional and personal lives – because equal opportunities require an environment where different life phases and career ambitions can coexist. These measures include flexible working arrangements, support during parental leave and re-entry, and career opportunities that can be adapted to different life situations. One example we're especially proud of is our shared leadership model, where a female and a male team lead jointly manage a team while both working part-time. It demonstrates that leadership can be flexible and that successful careers can take different paths. While we're grateful for this recognition, we're even more grateful to the people who help bring these values to life every day and contribute to making MIC an inclusive workplace.
