Excellence in dual education: Honoring our KTLA graduates 🎓 We are incredibly proud of our two Miba Sinter Austria colleagues, Dmitrij Kaliničenko and Daniel Fekete, who have successfully completed the demanding KTLA (Kremstaler Technische Lehrakademie) program with distinction. ⭐ Their exceptional performance was honored yesterday in a ceremony by our CEO, F. Peter Mitterbauer, Vice Presidend People&Culture, Uta Stockbauer, Site Manager Miba Sinter Austria Wolfgang Promberger and Head Of Apprenticeship and Skilled Worker Training Roman Ornetzeder. The KTLA is a unique Austrian model that combines a full-time apprenticeship in fields such as process engineering or mechatronics with a parallel advanced technical diploma (HTL) in mechanical and automation engineering. It’s a path open only to the most motivated and high-performing apprentices and supported 100% by selected partner companies like Miba. The level of commitment required is extraordinary: mastering both practical skills and technical theory over several years demands discipline, drive, and passion. 🧠💡🚀 With already more than ten graduates from KTLA in our ranks, we are reaffirming our commitment to high-quality technical education and to empowering young talent through performance, effort, and values we live by every day.
