🗓️ Today marks the first delivery of our partnership with Simplyhealth. 🤝 24 people from 18 organisations, all building the knowledge and confidence to support mental health at work. And they're the first of many – this programme will reach 2,600 employees across 600 SMEs in its first year alone. This is what early intervention looks like in practice. When people understand mental health, stigma reduces, conversations start, and workplaces become safer for everyone.
