It’s well known that many men find it difficult to talk openly about their emotions. In predominantly male manufacturing environments, this can make addressing mental health challenges even more difficult. Laura, who is a customer services team leader at a Wigan flooring manufacturer, part of Milliken & Company, shares her story of completing the Mental Health First Aid training onsite and joining the network of MHFAiders® at Milliken.
