म्हाडा उपाध्यक्षांचा तात्काळ न्यायनिवाडा! श्री. मोहम्मद हाशिम खान कोकण मंडळाच्या सोडतीत २० टक्के सर्वसमावेशक योजनेअंतर्गत ठाणे येथील संकेत क्रमांक ३६८ मधील सदनिकेसाठी यशस्वी अर्जदार ठरले होते. मात्र, विकासकाने सदनिकेची विक्री किंमत भरताना विलंब झाल्याने आकारलेले व्याज माफ करण्यात यावे, याबाबत श्री. खान यांनी लोकशाही दिनात अर्ज केला. या प्रकरणी 'म्हाडा'चे उपाध्यक्ष तथा मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी श्री. संजीव जयस्वाल (भा. प्र. से.) यांनी, संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांना विकासकाशी बोलून श्री. खान यांचे ०१ लाख ७० हजार रुपयांचे व्याज माफ करण्याचे निर्देश दिले.
