This year, I am able to make a summary of the year much much earlier than usual. At CEE Student Housing Fund managed by 1 Asset Management, this year, we have delivered two coliving projects - SHED Sky Living and SHED Campus Living, both located in Warsaw, in short distance from main university campuses and great connectivity to all parts of the city. In big numbers, we have delivered in one time astonishing 900 rooms and 1.100 beds, all of them opening in one time at 20.September'25. This achievement required hard work of hundreds of people involved in both Project, all of which I am not able to list here.
