We're growing the enablement team at Clay! 🎉   It's been incredible to partner with leaders like Becca Lindquist, Varun Anand, Evan Peters, Rob Cook and Jess Bergson who not only value enablement but invest in it. We're expanding the team with 5 new roles to support our rapidly growing GTM org. If you're excited to define what the next phase of enablement looks like as GTM evolves, these roles are for you!   I'm hiring for:   1️⃣ 𝗚𝗧𝗠 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗔 Our first dedicated enablement hire for EMEA, building how we support our international GTM teams from the ground up.   2️⃣ 𝗚𝗧𝗠𝗘 (𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀) 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 We coined the term GTME. Help us define what great enablement looks like for our team as we reshape how GTM works.   3️⃣ 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗗𝗥 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 ClayDRs are redefining how outbound gets done. Help them scale what's working and build programming that shape how Clay uses Clay.   4️⃣ 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿, 𝗚𝗧𝗠 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁  Guide new hire classes through product and skills training so they hit the ground running.   5️⃣ 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿  Enable our Solutions Engineers, Services, and Product Support teams with the technical skills to stay ahead of everything Clay ships.   Apply below 🙌
