During the past DEI Week, we celebrated The Power of Belonging across our regions, honoring the diverse voices, cultures, and perspectives that shape our teams every day.  MGallery Alwadi Hotel Doha created an initiative that reinforced respect, belonging, and understanding by encouraging Heartists® to switch roles and put themselves in one another’s shoes. Hotel Naru Seoul - MGallery Collection organized an activity inviting its Heartists® to reflect on their personal experiences within their teams and across the hotel, while identifying ways to strengthen the culture of belonging throughout the property.  South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao – MGallery Collection celebrated culture, memories, and identity through a special food event. With “A Taste of Our Roots”, Chefs cooked dishes inspired by home, tradition, and belonging, creating meaningful connections through shared experiences and cultural appreciation among Heartists®.
