Award for “Vision” 🚢⚡ Our “Vision” concept was honoured as “Concept Vessel Design of the Year” at the Advanced Maritime Technology International Awards 2026 in Amsterdam last week. This award confirms our commitment to consistently combining innovation and sustainability in shipbuilding. “Vision” demonstrates how a fully battery-electric cruise ship can set new standards – both for low-emission travel and for entirely new design possibilities. Thorben Stubbe from our Concept Development Team accepted the award on behalf of the shipyard. 🗣️ “Innovation has always been part of Meyer Werft’s DNA, and making cruising more sustainable is a cause close to our hearts.
